ahhh...

One dentist appointment, church meeting, counseling appointment, hair appointment, doctors appointment and a quick visit to my friend I came home yesterday to two very happy girls who'd spent all day with daddy while I ran around like a chicken with my head cut off.

My gums were extremely swollen (hello? do not get your teeth cleaned while prego!).
My heart was leaping for joy over how excited my church is for my new "Glass of Lemonade" ministry (a hands on ministry to families who's service members are deployed! I am so stinkin' excited about this!).
My communication skills have much improved due to some advice from the coolest counselor ever!
My hair looks great...if I do say so myself. The hair dresser said I looked like a Victoria Secret model...not sure that's what I was going for but I took the moment of fame and just said 'thanks', The due date, finally, is Dec 21, we will have a Christmas baby!
And, last but not least my friend was in desperate need for adult interaction, her husband has been deployed now for almost two weeks...the first two weeks and the last two weeks are the hardest

Being pregnant, as I am, it was a good day, a day that would normally energize me, but instead, it just beat me up! Still, a relief to have that all DONE! I can't believe that I actually got all those appointments scheduled for the same day. I am good!

To top the day off I found a tid bit of information that will guarantee our approval for moving into a nicer house on base! They told us we'd be the only Captains on a street full of Majors and Lt. Col's (and therefore felt uncomfortable moving us in there)...they were right, I guess, except for the 2Lt on the corner!!!! Now that's when I sit back and laugh at God's sense of humor and think...YES, my God is so cool like that.
