Someone forgot to tell Lydia that the 'terrible twos' are supposed to be when you're TWO...not almost two.
I needed to have been counting (for the baby book ONLY) but I don't think I'd be too far from truth if I said she's had about twenty MAJOR breakdowns today and it's only 2:30.
2:30! One of those days that I just can't wait for that relief force known as daddy to come marching through the door! (and thankfully, tonight, unlike many nights, he can!)

when is she two? I really hate to tell you this, but three is much worse than two. :-)

She'll be two July 25th...comin' up.
Most days she is still a joy but she just didn't get her normal nights sleep last night. Dad came home though and all of the sudden she was a different kid. I'll take it!
