Well, we didn't even attempt potty training today. Lydia woke up with a fever. Probably just more teeth.
I keep hearing that 'my daughter just potty trianed herself'. I'm half tempted to just wait for that day. That would just mean 4 babies in diapers. Can I handle that?

I haven't seen Paula one on one since before I went to St. Louis.
I think 4 in diapers sounds way better than potty training a child that hasn't decided for herself that she wants to. Just relax. :-) I would let it go until she shows more interest. (All that unsolicited advice without knowing anything about Lydia and her personality--so it is quite possible that I don't know what I'm talking about. :-) ).
jody, always great to have confirmation! I'm thinkin' that relaxing in any way possible right now it the way to go. Besides, Lydia always takes longer to start things (crawling 11 1/2 months, walking 16 months) but then goes faster when she does start...she is my mother's child! My huntch is that she will wake up one morning and inform ME that it's time to go potty. That would be more like Lydia!
