The "Look"

We get the look often.
It's the "How do you......????" look.

There is no answer really. "How is my summer going?", "How is having twins?" (as if that's the hard part right now or something!), "How do you do it?", "So, how are you holding up with all four?". I don't really know how to react. I mean, I'm exhausted inside and out, I want this to be over but at the same time I wouldn't want anyone taking it away from me right now.

If someone has a good answer I'd love to hear it but at this point Jake and I are both convinced, there is no wrapping your mind around this unless you are immersed into it and expected to survive.
Survival, that is what it is all about right now. That does include healthy kids which means we do have fun moments, lots of hugs and lots of kisses but the over all picture....well, again, there are no words.

P.S. this was all brought about because we decided to attempt a work pool party with all four girls. we will not be attempting that one for another five years...AT LEAST.
