It's the projects that you start out thinking "this will take me about two hours and then I'll move on to such-n-such" that ALWAYS take nine hours around here.
Yesterday I got out early to hit some great yard sales, found fabulous deals and was so motivated when I came home (and cold) that I decided to switch out all the summer clothes to winter clothes....no kidding, NINE hours later I was done.
However, all my goodwill'ing and salvation army'ing and yard sale runs really paid off....the girls are completely stocked with winter clothes and unless it was under $2 it was all thrift store or yard sale! I was so proud! (except for the 9 hour thing)

i'm so impressed. while i'm basically done with the boxes, we have very, very messy closets. i don't even want to think about tackling the winter/summer clothes project but i know it has to be done. thanks for being such a good example!
