update

between 10p last night and 8:30a this morning, I lost 5 lbs.
(up at 1a, 3a, 4a, and 5a and I am still wondering where all of that 'fluid' was in my body? it had to come from somewhere supernatural.)

I though to myself, upon waking up at 8:15a that 'wow, the girls haven't made a sound'
I came out of my room to this:

what? are you kidding me? now, don't feel sorry for me because really, this is funny.
what goes through their little minds?
Daddy's deployed + mommy's sick = let's climb WAY up high in the closet and get some ink pads.
we do not own a pair of blue or green tights but for the next week or so, we do.
eye make up remover didn't work, finger nail polish didn't work, scrubbing didn't work. we're just stuck with this people.

Just fill in the blank spots and you can say you did it on purpose. It'll start a new fashion craze for kids...

That really is funny! I mean the looks you captured are priceless...

My Mom woke up once to Drew & I
"painting" all over her walls w/ squeeze-its. Although she didn't have to go out in public w/ the walls colored... Lets just way we still don't have squeeze-its in the Gresham house!! Love ya, Erika G.

I feel for you! Puking is the worst thing in the world. Sometimes when I think my life is really miserable I say to myself, "atleast I am not puking". But I guess that is no help for you at this time.

Baby oil gets sharpie marker off of skin... maybe that would work.

One time Roxanne completely saturated all of her hair with Aquafor (it's like vaseline). NOTHING would get it out!

Awesome! And wow, Lydia really got good coverage! She must be pretty determined when she sets her mind to something! I'll pray that she channels it for good :)

I look at the photos and want to laugh and cry all at the same time. I know when you're sick, everything is magnified 10x emotionally. So this is really the funniest thing I've ever seen while at the same time being something that would push me to tears.

But, it IS really funny.

Can I get the flu by reading your blog? Yesterday I was out for the count. I hope yours was as quick passing as mine. It's so hard being sick when you're the mom.

oh my. I love the eyes, though. It's that "I-think-we're-in-trouble-but-why-is-mom-taking-pictures?" look. :)

Hope you're feeling better.

It must be an age thing, Emily and Kate did the Same type of thing at this age, and I was lucky to have a mother-in-law who thought to take photos. These were great and I am very sorry to hear your BUG is holding on. You are in my prayers!
