It weirds me out a little but I LOVE it
Lydia knows who the babies are even when everyone else (including me) is confused, mixing them up or is at a total loss!

I ask her how she knows and she either shrugs her shoulders and runs off because it was not a question worthy of answering or she says something like "because she has the pink shirt on! (duh)" - even though they both have a pink shirt on!!!

How does she do that?!
