one word describes it all.
fight.
how does nap time go at your house Holly?
well, we fight for an hour, we sleep for 30 minutes, Sophie gets up and wakes everyone else up, whether they are ready or not, and we fight some more.
it's awesome. wish I could share all the 'blessing' with others.
really, we are starting a new plan tomorrow and I don't even know what it is yet.
all I know is that our plan right now is not working.
period.
do you think I could google 'nap time plan'?

Sounds like our getting dressed routine.
Yes...Google!!! Google and Yahoo have the solution for everything! including naps!! Good luck! For awhile, I used to bungee cord the doors and watch a movie really loud so I couldn't hear them. Maybe not "mother-of-the year"...but it worked when I needed it!
Oh, and I used to bungee cord the doors, but then we decided to take the door knobs off of our bedroom and bathroom doors and trade them with the ones on their doors, and installed them backwards, so that they can be locked from the outside.
My oldest son quit taking naps at 22 months. Since then I'm grateful when they happen and enjoy the 12 hour nights. Good luck and please share if you find a good plan!
naptimes, not so much a problem (why? i don't know) - bedtime on the other hand...
i am thinking about calling the new parent support program to see if they have any ideas because i have RUN OUT of my own!
