for what it's worth

and it's worth a lot to me right now,

we have had several good days in a row.
the babies haven't changed...I did.

Can I get an AMEN for speaking about, writing about and praying about a struggle in your life?
I believe with all my heart and from experience after experience that saying OUT LOUD and writing down hurts in your heart, dark corners in your mind, and frustrations with God releases them from your heart and allows you to heal and grow.

When it's 'out there' it can't be pressed it into your heart like a thorn anymore.
(note: sometimes, when it's been a deep and very long thorn, I have had to write about it a LOT and talk about it a LOT and pray about it a LOT but without those three, even if it took a lot, I would still have those dark thorns in there - ouch.)

I struggle every day.  A lot.
I sin every day.  A lot.

But I am thankful for and so at peace about God being true and steady and taking my thorn away this time.

And it's one of those things that none of us, who read your blog, could give you advice about. Those big heart issues are between you and God, and it's such a wonderful feeling when we allow Him to heal. AMEN!!! I've learned my lessons many times like that!

i love that we can pray for each other and see the awesomeness of God as He answers our requests...i'm rejoicing along with you! it's so easy to get comfortable in our own little worlds and not share what is on our hearts...but when we do, we get to see God work in amazing ways..and we see friendships grow because of that vulnerability.
