I am very judgeable today.

I'm getting onto my kids too much and with too much volume.
There have been virtually no vegetables in their diet.
I have made them stay in their 'rooms' for too long.
I am concentrating on other projects more than them.
We have dirty hands, dirty faces, and long fingernails.
I gave up in the middle of school and we ended with just a Bible story and a coloring page.
My closets are trashed....all of them. I mean it's so bad I think I might take pictures so you all who swear I am queen of organization believe that I am still capable of human standards.
I just asked Lydia if she'd prefer a banana or chips, she responded with chips and a cookie, and I obliged.

So, there you have it. I am the mother today who other mothers roll their eyes at and think about how great they are compared to me!

let's swap photos...you should see my closets and my laundry piles right now. And the fact that it is supposed to be Fall, but it is still almost 100 degrees in Texas makes me really crabby. Guess who gets the brunt of my crabbiness? My poor kids...oh well, I know they will survive in spite of me!:)

I won't roll my eyes. I will chuckle and say, "Thank you Jesus that I am not alone. Thank you that I have a kindred spirit to share honest "mom" stories with!" "PS - Jesus - if you could station them near Charlotte, that would be great!"

Well, in all fairness, I think the school part was a tad bit my fault, seen as how my child took to yelling at you, I would have quit too!(I'm gonna feel bad about that one for a while).

I don't think I've put away laundry in over 2 months- they just sit nice and clean in everyones laundry basket's. The sad thing is the only reason I can keep them separated is that Gavin loves to separate them, now if only he can learn to fold (don't worry I tried). Every time I get up the energy to put them away, I realize I have at least 2 full loads of dirty laundry and I might as well wait till they are clean. We are having a football party on Mon. night with the squadron, so I am determined to have it all put away. You and the kids should come over- I know Kyle invited all the guys at work, but I would love some company too!

Never fear my friend. This week my child has had McDonald's twice, a sucker three times, yogurt for most meals and an entire can of peaches in one day. Today in order to get her to eat a waffle I put sprinkles on it. Seriously, a waffle with sprinkles, I might as well serve it with a side of candy.

P.S. I will be praying for wisdom, like King Solomon wisdom!

I'm so glad you shared that. You should see my house! LOL

At least you don't argue with the people that leave comments on your blog.

Your children are adorable. I should start posting more pictures of my kids on my blog.

I suppose it might help calm things down a bit.

I guess I'm a tad bit frustrated lately with the media and it's attempt to discredit Sarah Palin who I happen to think is Awesome.

Have you guys been watching the convention this week? So how about that paper-less confetti last night? I thought that was cool.

I sure hope John McCain smacks a home run with his speech tonight.

:: sigh ::

Vegetable? What's that?

You think your closets are a mess.. you should see my whole house!?
