I love it when an idea just comes to us and works immediately.
We love to sing around here, I grew up, sort of, on hymns and they mean a lot to me.
I was reminded of it this morning and decided to make that a new part of school for us.
(I know, it's nerdy but it's school, I'm allowed to be nerdy!)
So, I pulled off the dusty old hymn book from the shelf and there ya have it.
Nora was most into it - singing in her precious little hummy way.
Everyone else was instantly calmed and the rest of school went so great - the hymns set a tone and it's a tone I'd like to keep - thank you very much.

Many many of my bright ideas fail miserably - today was an exception!
And I'll take any exception I can get on a Monday.

We love music too. Speaking of singing hymns, have you heard of these guys? They make singing hymns even better!
