they are overnighting my camera today!!!!!!!!!!

I just want to plug them because I have had them fix my camera three times now, used their trade-in/credit program to upgrade my camera and loved them for all of it.
And now, when they made a mistake by taking SOOOO long they offered to overnight the camera without me having to be mean or forceful or anything....
THAT is customer serivice!!! Yeah for Canon.
Go buy Canon!

I second that...we love Canon too! We left our camera out in the pouring rain for two days and it still worked! Sound and all! We will never buy anything else. Go canon!
