my butt.

it hurts.

Again, just for my own records.

Spinning for 45 min's this morning.
My butt isn't sore, it's bruised.

It's obvious I weigh too much when my own weight bruises my own tail bone!

My stomach hasn't shrunk.
I've been eating 'normal' portions for 4 days now and it's still protesting.
I will not give up!

My stomach growls while I'm eating because it thinks it's hungry and growls after because I didn't eat 'enough'....or so it thinks.
It will learn but in the mean time, I am just uncontrollably loud ;-)!

My blood sugar is in tack because I'm careful about the times that I eat (I super struggle with Hypoglycemia) so I know I'm getting enough but boy oh boy...I knew my stomach was big but really, it must have been huge!

I feel good sleep wise - I had to take a catch up nap yesterday but am feeling really great today.

I feel sore, but strong.
Hungry but balanced.
Not as tired and very refreshed.

I've managed to spend some time reading and reflecting and listening before I head out the door at 5:30am and THAT has felt just as good, some days better, than the work out and eating right.

I LOVE my partner...we laugh, we laugh some more, we sweat, we whine, we laugh some more and we do it all over again the next day!

As crazy as this sounds... humor me. Try to drink a glass of water at least once a day with a Tbsp. of raw Apple Cider Vinegar and a Tbsp. of raw honey mixed in, in addition to your daily nutritional supplements. Feel free to question me about this lol...

Spinning is fun. It was hard for me at first but after the first two or three times of doing it, the soreness in the butt area does go away.

I'm back at the gym and so sore today from yesterday's workout. I worked out by myself. Usually my sister-in-law and I try to meet up but it's been hard to get it together over the Holidays.
