I forgot to call my dad on Father's Day.
We missed dinner at our PASTOR'S house on Friday (it was a 'several couples' deal).
and I didn't even realize any of that until TODAY.
not like me. not like me at all.
We had a very bad week with our housing situation, so much so we decided to move just on principle...no more money to these jokers!!!
We'll be looking for a rental as soon as we get back.
(I'll take pictures of our yard they ticketed us for the other day....be warned)
Nora and Sophie won't stop whining....it's incessant, it's abundant and it's like four hands worth of finger nails on a chalk board, all day long.
Samantha is hungry all the time but refuses to eat when finally given food.
Lydia just needs to know. I know that doesn't sound so bad, but it is when it's about everything down to the absolute smallest details and at absolutely every moment of the day.
I don't take back all the fun stuff I said about where my kids were in life right now but I just think we all need a 'do over' week.
Maybe when we get back?

but really, I'm just having a crappy moment realizing all the balls I dropped this week. the end.
tomorrow is Monday and His promises are NEW every morning - HOLDIN' on to that one!!!

Sorry about your week friend. You are definitely allowed one of those...but only one....so no more, k?! You are infact human....even if you don't like to admit it! :O)
i totally get all of that...especially lydia "just needing to know" - joshua is like that. drives me CRAZY! sometimes i say to him, "you don't need to know everything. i'll tell you what you need to know. otherwise, just go wtih it. k?" :-0 i TRY to say that with a sweet tone... :-)
Oops, I flaked on the ladies retreat too! Shoot, I really wanted to go to that!
