the 'other things', like the trees growing in my gutters and the HUGE DEAD tree in my back yard will take closer to a few months to 'get to' but hey, we'll have a kitchen sink people!

Ahh, good for you, glad you can get someone to fix something. This is our first time living in base housing and it all goes well until you have to call them. Everyone in the "fix-it shop" is a National and that makes it so hard to explain what the problem is and what I need. The language barrier is killing me.
At least your "fixer" people speak english. Need I say more?
