I've always liked her and could never put my finger on the unique reason why, until this afternoon.
She was Humbly Passionate.
Passionate because it was life or death.
There was no choice but to be passionate.
I have that part of my life down.
I am passionate. period.
doesn't even matter what it's about.
But, she was Humble enough to know when to just take the advice of those around her, to be quiet, to wait, etc....
I don't have that part down.
working on it.
but so not there.
I LOVE that about Esther though and am so glad to have her example.
Thank you Lord, for her story.
Thank you Lord, for my story.
May You be as Glorified in my story as You are in hers.

Holly,
If there was a "like" button on here, I would click it right now.
I am doing the Esther study by Beth Moore and it is fantastic. I have always love the store of Esther and her courage to be willing to die if necessary to save her people. I have claimed the words Mordecai had for her as a message to me the last few years. It just might be "for such a time as this" that God has been preparing me.
Love you, Mamaw
