well.
I'll have to say that I didn't enjoy being 13 the first time around - but last night was a stinkin' blast!
The movie was horrible.
sorry if you like it, but....I don't do 'cheese' when they are trying to do 'cheese' and I certainly don't do 'cheese' when it's not supposed to be 'cheese'.....
BUT.
the 6+ hours in line with my besties......NOW THAT WAS FUN!!!!
we were the second group in line, but the first to get to the theater (jerks...except they were kinda with us so really, we were all first in line ;-)
we celebrated a birthday in line and so, of course, I made the cake from the movie
(google Bella's cake and you'll see!)
we laughed, we acted 13 and I think we even freaked out the actual teenagers that were with us - because when you get older, you just care a little less about what other people think and it's WAY more fun to be 13 when you don't care what other people think about you.
we missed Becky.
that was the only sad part.

I loved it! I didn't think it was any cheesier than the books! Of course, I wasn't expecting an Academy Award winner here, I just went there to be entertained.
The line and before the movie was super fun! Loved that, too!
I agree with Kara! It was great, and I LOVED the cheesy parts. I think they were on purpose to bring in some comic relief. Them in the elevator w/the Volteri, cracked me up!
