this year we planned to go to a play center on the Base until I remembered, WAY late in the game (but not too late!) that you can't bring in food - and seeing as how it was a breakfast potluck, that would have been very bad.
very bad.
plan B: call everyone at 9:45pm the night before (because I realized my mistake at 9:40pm) and redirect them to OUR HOUSE instead.
everyone was late and can I just say THANK YOU to all the toddlers that made their mommies late ;-)
It gave this mommy the exact amount of time she needed to get ready!
it was a blast!
thank you to the kids: Beth, Lydia, Samantha, Claire, Sydaliegh, Seth, Gavin, Tripp, Marvelly, Grace, Nora, Sophie, Ashton, Greta, and three other precious kiddos that I can't remember their names!? (they were 'new' to me!)
uh hem...that would be 17 little kiddos ;-)
and thank you to the mommies: Sarah, Dawn, Kat, Beccy, Brooke, Melissa and Liz
what an absolute blast, I think Jesus enjoyed THAT birthday party more than any other!
