yeah, we had a really really beautiful morning - we started with prayer and singing "Happy Birthday" to Jesus!
..oh, who am I kidding!?
It's only been 2 hours and I'm wishing it back.
WHAT A PRECIOUS morning!
Everyone was elated, everyone was MORE than pleased.
It was simple and very specific to each kid and no one minded that they didn't get what the other person did (that would be a miracle people!).
we headed down stairs to Skype with my parents so they could watch the girls open their gifts - what a cool thing!
everyone is resting/holed up in their rooms with their new special toys!
and I wish we could do it all over again -

Lydia's main present was a 'you-know-what' doll, and we are 100% sure she loved it.
She's been sleeping, with the magazine open to her favorite doll, next to her just about every night.
She had NO IDEA she was getting one - how fun!
Samantha just wanted make up. Again.
And, she loved it!
We had a blast picking it out!
Nora and Sophie got some Littlest Pet Shop's on steroids - they are big 'un's - and they were perfect! (they are VERY into their Littlest Pet Shops!)

Jake is training the girls right....he took them 'accessories' shopping for me for my presents from them - good girls!
I too am training them right....I took the girls to Salvation Army to pick out their gifts for their daddy - he LOVED his trinkets/cups/cool old wooden bowls ;-)

from Jake, I got jewelry (from Portugal ;-) and perfume! (um...he's the best perfume picker-outer ever!)
from me, Jake got an espresso maker, ITunes gift cards and a Bible Cover.
precious precious precious morning!
