Saturday will have NOTHING to do with crafting and other than a promised session of gingerbread decorating there will be several days before Christmas that are just for relaxing and reflecting and praying and rejoicing in the birth of our Saviour.
(oh, and for packing! we leave Christmas day to head to TX for a belated Christmas with the Panter clan - it's been over a year!!!!)

Saw 'my' highschoolers last night, it had been FOREVER between sickness and holidays and snow....I MISSED them!
I also got to share about 5 min's worth of what God is doing in my heart this season - I'll post that later!

gifts for TX made, wrapped and sitting in a basket under the tree, read to go!
Lydia did not ask me, she told me, we were going to keep this amount of crafting up all the time ;-).....right.

i'm fairly jealous of all your homemade gifts this year! i DID make a giant batch of homemade detergent and put it in a glass jar with a screw on lid, tied a pretty ribbon around it with a tag hanging from it that says "Detergent" for my sister-in-law. she's been wanting to start making it, but has been putting it off. now she has the container and she'll HAVE to refill it, right?! :)
