BIG NEWS FOR LYDIA!!!!!!!!!!

OH yes, she did.
OH yes, that is my heart in a puddle on the floor, I'll clean it up when I compose myself. I WAS NOT ready for this.
MY BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So proud of her.
It was wiggly for a few days and she was very concerned, overly concerned, but worked so hard at being brave, not freaking out that pieces of her body were just falling out and her self-imposed diet of just yogurt and applesauce is now over.

(Oh, and this 'may' have fallen out prematurely, because she 'may' have been playing tug-o-war with her teeth, a scarf and a sister and I 'may' be calling the dentist to make sure it looks right, OH! I just remembered we have Isaak...our dental friend!!!! I LOVE friends!
The dentist, a few weeks ago, did tell us they were about to come out anyway, so that's why I'm not totally freaked.
Anyway, before we deem it a bad thing, we're just counting it as her first lost tooth.
I'll let you know what Isaak says!
p.s. if you are a long time follower of this blog then you'll remember Isaak from when the pirates pushed Lydia off the playground ;-)

I LOVE YOU LYDIA - and once again, PLEASE STOP GROWING.
slippin' through my fingers....

This is always such a big milestone! I am glad all of Emma's teeth at, for now, firmly intact. I know about the growing blues, I look at the kids all the time and want to yell at them, "Just stop!"

Wow!!!! Another friend of mines 5 year old son just lost his first tooth too! I can totally see Lydia worrying about the fact that pieces of her body were falling out! Funny! And, I love how you effortlessly plugged Mamma Mia in at the end!
