I love you Kristy.

I did NOT need to be reminded, but thank you for reminding me anyway, why you are such an amazing friend.

I'm pretty sure you just told me to eat my FAVORITE candy WHILE I run:

straight from her comment:
drink a full glass of water about 1/2 hour before long run...are you eating anything? We did little snicker mini's starting about mile 4 then every other mile...I tried all the gels, beans, etc, those made me hurl...snickers worked for us.

I CANNOT WAIT FOR SATURDAY!!!!!! Mini Snickers, here I come!

I knew running was my kinda sport....ah...
