fun stuff

almost as soon as I posted about my TOMS not being here, they CAME!!!!


and they are way more comfortable than I was expecting....YEAH!!!

I kinda wish I did have that style (seems way easier), but I don't.
These are my style though and I LOVE them!

AND.....

....Thursday afternoon Lydia and Samantha started dance class!!!!

hee hee...check out Samantha ;-)

some of you are scratching your head saying,
'say what? I thought you were never putting the girls in dance again?'
and you are right. I did say such a thing.

but THIS is a different kinda dance honey!
our kind of dance.
sweet.
simple.
innocent.
precious.
their recitals are in nursing homes and outreach centers.
and the music.....all about Jesus!

I watched their class as long as I could
(until Nora and Sophie couldn't take it anymore, they spotted a playground and were r.e.a.d.y. to get there!)
and I think I cried 99% of it because it was sooooo cute.

I'm sure there'll be more pictures as the year goes on!

....AND

....Friday morning we were invited to a Fancy Birthday Party

The girls were SO excited and we had a blast!

(and I was kicking myself the whole time for not thinking to offer to make the cake! duh.)

AND...

....I ran 10 miles....AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

what a dream come true.
I have wanted to be a runner for so long.
it feels good.
really really good.

the kind of good I know I'll feel when I'm finally down to that goal weight of mine.
ggrrrr....

can I say it?

I am a runner.

....Lydia learned to tie her shoes,
Samantha is on the brink of riding her bike with no training wheels (she's RIGHT THERE),



Nora and Sophie are three in FULL swing and I haven't killed them yet,


and daddy's home (again! he'd been on a trip all week).
