I just spent three days worth of my project/household/cleaning time blowing leaves, mulching leaves, mowing and killing grubs.
three days.
I feel like this 'taking care of a house' thing is such a waste sometimes.
three days.
People who say fall is their favorite season don't have 10,000 sq ft. yards in the middle of a neighborhood FILLED with large old beautiful trees.
THREE DAYS....lost.
and we get to do it all over again in another week or so, repeat all fall.
on the upside, I have a massively large sense of immediate accomplishment and as a stay at home mama that doesn't happen all the time....soooo.....maybe it wasn't all lost??

I'm kind of jealous of your leaves. We just got snow, and I'm thinking it is here to stay. Bugs? nope they're all little bugsicles, that's one good thing about winter I guess. Good for you for your feelings of accomplishment, it's good that you'll get to feel that way over and over :o)
