Samantha has 'joined the ranks'

this was RIGHT as she realized it hurt:
this girl.
NO tears, not even a whimper.
Just a little furrowed brow.
I'm pretty sure we freaked out the person piercing her ears more than we hurt Samantha.
The lady kept repeating to herself, "wow, she's so brave. wow. she's brave. wow. she's so brave." as if she was in some sort of shock or something!
Samantha does have an abnormal amount of pain tolerance....it's scary because I never know if she's actually hurt.
Samantha would tell you it didn't hurt very bad because she closed her eyes and the first person she wanted to tell was her little friend Bailey!

I LOVE this girl, she's so thoughtful.

So precious! Love it! Most places have to use two techs simultaneously so the kid doesn't freak out after the first ear....so yes...Samsam is different...in an amazing way!

AND, it CRACKED me up. i called bailey into the computer room to look at this,
"hey, bailey! come here. i want to show you something!"
she says, as she's running to me, "oh! did you buy me some jewels?!?"
what?!? :-) only bailey!
