ok.
maybe it wasn't 'LYDIA'S' Parade.
but that's what it goes down as in THIS house!
to other people it may have been called the Fairfax Parade.
started the day with Panera:
hangin' out in the courtyard until it was time to find our spot
(that I had staked out the night before, thank you very much!)
(Nora on left, Sophie on right)
we found our saved spot!
Lydia and I headed over to her line-up spot and waited it out:
some of the mommies might have been a little bored:
time to start!!!!
in this part of the dance, she's saying "Like THIS Ya'll! Like THAT Ya'll"
it. was. adorable.
this parade is legit people.
lots and lots of people!
Ms. Jeannine
the vision of Children of the Light has been given to her and boy o boy does she love it.
her love for Jesus is contagious.
we love her!
Lydia was having some stage fright/separation fright so I walked behind/to the side.
These were my favorite spectators!
Lydia's buddies:
Savannah and Bella
(I just realized ALL their names ended in 'ah'....huh)
gosh that part of the day was fun!!!!
the songs are still ringing in my ears and heart...
"where you GO I'll GO, where you STAY I'll STAY!..."
"Our God is an AWESOME God He Reigns!"
"Our God is an AWESOME God He Reigns!"
So proud of Lydia.
The whole thing was intimidating and she had a little nervousness but once she was out there, she put her all into every move and every step.
Good job sweet pea!
