No, I don't just mean they fall out.
I mean, we LOSE them.

We have lost EVERY one!! I wanted to especially save the front top one that fell out, but no, gone. Totally disappeared from where I left it. I tired putting them in a little jar like my mom did, but Sydaleigh would just play and look at the jar admiring all her teeth and then they'd eventually get lost. I have no good advice on not losing them.
