just hangin'

Jake has had this whole week off.
We've had 'nothing' to do.
And yet, for some reason, we seem to be filling up the time.
Most productive, some not.

It's been so...

dreamy.

Holding my breath, hoping we might be able to just orbit here forever.

And yet, I know it will end.
So, while I'm holding my breath, I'll also savor each moment.

My kids are unbelievably cute.
My husband is unbelievably handsome (and he's made us all breakfast every day for a week now, moved furniture around for me, built shelves, turned a thrift store kitchen table into a coffee table, given me lots of hugs, and I could keep going...).

We are on a mountain top of life right now.
For sure.
We are.

I'm off today to get some supplies to make that $15 coffee table look like it was $400 and get some groceries for our NEW YEARS PARTY!!!
