just this morning

we talked about our 'funny questions' list (I didn't even know this existed until today) - when someone says something funny or repeat worthy, they add it to a list - where did they get that from!? (Jake has a similar list and has kept it for years....years meaning even before we had kids! now they have one!)

we had to have a talk about NOT telling the babysitter "I don't like you very much" with your hands on your hips and your head cocked because the babysitter is there to protect you and keep you safe so even if you don't agree and as long as she's not hurting you YOU OBEY HER.  Ok Nora?

we decided that we will be marching across the street and presenting her with an "I'm sorry" as soon as she's home from school.  ugh.

we have discussed the coolest parts of Easter....
we started at the best colors (green won)
moved onto the best animal (between the bunny and donkey, donkey won)
then it was a toss up between the cross and the empty grave

we talked about who made who smile and who should get notes saying so first (based on when one might die...I got my note first because apparently I'm dying first??)

and then there were requests for paper airplanes (and I had to google how to do that! here's what I found, those are my kind of instructions!)


I kid you not...this all took about 30 min's.


and it's like this all. day. long.

off for our Friday, ridiculous, shopping trip - ta ta!
