Superman came to my house again!

It was one of THOSE days. As much as being a mommy is fun and rewarding, I have had a lot of THOSE days lately.
Today was different though, I hit my limit.
Jake walked through the door, asked how my day was and this was the conversation:

Holly : "Well, I'm leaving" (eyebrows raised)
Jake: "do you have something going on tonight?"
H: "no, I'm just leaving"
J: "good for you, as long as you heat me something up for dinner, you can go where ever you want" (the only reason he even said that much is because he saw that I had put dinner in the microwave and it was heating up...translation: he was just being funny)

so, I did, I left. Two babies were screaming their heads off but I did, I just left and it felt good! I visited and left $50 at the grocery store, visited and left $10 at goodwill but my favorite place I left money was at Scooters (THE best coffee shop ever)
I felt like I was kidless again for 120 min's. It was fun while it lasted but that's about it.
I got my break, filled up my need for shopping and coffee and then I missed my babies and superman and headed home to where I knew I was loved and needed! It is nice to have breaks but it is even better to be loved like I am here!
