Cake Decorating Course 1
#1 - I stink at the baking part but am really thinking the whole icing part might be for me!
#2 - I also stink at making the icing but think the whole buying the icing part might be for me!
#3 - Is it possible to just buy an already iced cake so I can put pretty things on it?
that's right, I made a rainbow cake...a blue and white rainbow cake (is it still a rainbow if it's blue and white....there isn't even white in the real rainbow!)
why?
well, when the instructor says to bring a graphic and you forget, you get to use the one in the book (apparently this book is not produced in California)
I, however, do love my clouds!

Ok, that was really funny! You obviously went wild with the star tip! I love that one in particular because you can cover up a lot of mistakes with lots of little stars!
The blue and white is very Air Force ish I think! Cute! Keep up the creativity, it's good for your health! mom
Well, look at you, another talent you didn't know you had. What a woman.
Love ya,
Amanda
You should have a sitcom... you are so funny!
Hmmm Love it!! I wanna learn to decorate cakes!! You're the bomb. Miss you, Erika
Can I have a slice? You can mail it to me...I don't mind! ha ha ha
Aw, I've been wanting to take a cake decorating class, too! Looks like you're doing a great job. If memory serves me correctly, though, you made a pretty sweet cake for my 18th birthday. It was pink and white checkered on the inside. I still don't know how you did that..
I'll never tell Amber!!!
(ok, maybe just this once. it was a baking kit called checkerboard cake from Pampered Chef, yes, I cheated!)
