I'm off...

...sugar.

haven't been losing weight.
working out like a mad dog - eating ok (not perfect or even great but ok).
and nothing.

so, I'm off sugar.

I have to put it here or otherwise I'll feel the freedom to just give in.

Jake knows, you know.
now if I could just convince myself I really don't need it every day from 3pm until bed time, I'd be ok.

good luck! it's STILL hard for me...and i'm not even off ALL sugar...just candy!

I need to join you on this, but I might wait till after vacation next week. :o)! I find it easier to not eat at all then to not eat sugar, honestly. Be strong and courageous. You can do this!!!!!

You should read Naomi Haverlands blog about this. She gave up sugar in January (I think she made it pretty well for several months.) still, lots of usefull info.

Good luck Holly. I am always trying to have my sweets without the sugar. So I have been buying sugar free or things made with splenda. I still need help, I find it so hard to resist those yummy chocolate bars at checkout counters....hang in there...maybe I will try with you.

What are your biggest sugar vices? I find that they sneek up on me. I'll think that I don't eat much of it, but then I catch myself with my 2 lumps in my coffee, my granola bars, my jam on toast etc. I can stay away from candy, but it's the other stuff that sneaks in that boots me off the wagon and pretty soon I'm chewing on a chocolate bar!
