wow wow wow wow wow bread wow wow bread!!!

note: this is a nine page explanation on Artisan bread. the recipe is backwards with the explanation first and the ing. list last. it's on pages 3 and 4 of the 9.
I read all the explanation and feel it was helpful -

dude.

it really was SIMPLE.
like, easier than a bread machine.
I'm not exaggerating.

You are gonna falip!

it's yummy.
it's texture is great.
it took me about 5 min's to mix up and then I have a whole bowl of dough in my fridge that will last us all week (maybe ;-)
and it will take me 5 min or less to prepare the hot fresh bread!

Holly, a friend who shares great bread is a friend in deed.
Few things warm the heart and home like fresh baked carbohydrates ☺
Thank you!

I'm having trouble finding the actual recipe on the site. Any suggestions?

I showed Brian the picture and he said, "wow, is that Panera?"
He is a huge bread fan - I think I will try this. Thanks! --Tina

Now that is FUNNY because the book Dad recently bought and has been making all of his bread from is none other than "Artisan Bread in 5 min a day, or less"!!!!!
I guess He didn't mention that to you!
Anyway, it is a fantastic book and I'm so glad you found it as well!
Luv ya!
