Pizza Crust

been meaning to post this:

(we PRE BAKE our crusts for about 5-7 min. totally a preference thing.)

we LOVE it!
it's soooo easy.

yes, I've used whole wheat flour before,
it's good. we like.

my sauce goes a little like this:

Some tomato sauce
some tomato paste
some oregano
some basil
some other spices that I just grab out of the cabinet
big ol' scoop of brown sugar (a MUST)
some olive oil

stir, heat, spread.

add toppings.
this one had artichoke hearts and green olives....that was mine and Jakes ;-)
the girls just do cheese.

oh, cheese!

we do 1/2 romano, 1/2 mozz and some Parmesan.

it's soooo good, soooo easy....you must go try!
(unless I just wigged you out with all my 'some's)

Our recipe is very similar, only I add garlic powder and Italian herbs to the mix to give the crust more flavor. We dump loads of veggies on, and have taken to cutting them small so they are harder to pick off. A great way to get the kiddos to eat more veggies. YUM, YUM, Extra YUM.
