that's how much better I feel already.
after a shower, coffee and some food this morning I was back to about 70%.
hoping to close in on that other 20% by tonight!
the big girls have been so amazing today....minimal fighting and minimal defiance!!!
they must feel bad about last night.

yea! we're totally meeting in the Caribbean one day, maybe that thought will give you 5% or so :-)
I'm so glad you're feeling better, what a night! I'm interested in this sound-proof room concept :) Is it just an extra so one of the girls won't wake up the others?
