I don't really know my blood relative cousins.

I have a whopping THREE, none on my mom's side and three on my dad's.

It has been over 20 years since I've seen two of them and over 6 years (and then 20 years before that) since I've seen the other.

I'd love to know them but we'd be starting fresh, we didn't 'grow up together'.

Josh and David (Mamaw and Papaw's sons who are both close to my age) are as close to cousins 'that I grew up with' as I'll ever know.

We did grow up together, went on family vacations together, spent holidays together and now our kids are growing up together.

I love it.

This is my family....I don't care what our blood says.
