secret spinach shake

I don't care what you are doing right now.
I just don't.

You need to stop.

right now.

buy them.

Green Monster Spinach Smoothie


my notes:

I use almond milk and almond butter
I use regular plain yogurt and only 1/3 of a cup
I add 1 TBS Agave syrup
I use a regular banana, not a cut up frozen one
I put 1-2 cups of some other frozen fruit in with the banana

AND I CAN'T DRINK THE WHOLE THING WITHOUT FEELING SO STUFFED!!!

(If you're a Weight Watchers member/tracker then it's 5 points for the WHOLE thing and trust me, it's HUGE)

It is ridiculous.
It literally tastes like a smooth milk shake.

we do spinach smoothies a lot for breakfast. i add kefir instead of yogurt, blueberries, flax, and protein powder. i omit the peanut butter. my kids LOVE them! i should try them with almond butter, though. sounds tasty!

i bought all the ingredients on friday. but then we were gone all weekend. i am planning on making it tomorrow! glad you tried it first :-)
