Valentines Day Extravaganza!

Extravaganza!

We met some precious friends for dinner:

and I mean PRECIOUS!!!!

When daddy's are deployed, mama and kids unite to play peek a boo over chips and salsa:

Well, some of us do, some of us just look on all cute like Sophie does:

But Mexican food was not enough...we added BOWLING onto the night to round it off.
Oh my gosh, I'm hilarious!
ROUND IT OFF!?
Get it!?
Ah....
Ok. Maybe it wasn't that funny.

But Marcia teaching the girls the proper way to Granny Bowl...THAT is hilarious:

 Again...PRECIOUS!!!!!!!

 So serious Lenora!!!
 Nice form Sophie:

Wait for it....wait for it...wait for it......still waiting...

How come she looks so cute like this but I'd look like a beached, flying frog whale?
Oh, and
Lydia really wants to find some bowling shoes to wear for everyday, she has no idea they were popular in the 90's but no matter, she thinks they were cute and would like some so we are now on the hunt...as if anything could possible add to this cuteness:

Lenora, like clockwork, would throw her ball and then immediately turn around to SKIP back.
What ball?
What pins?
There are pins?

Samantha turned to me at about frame 4 and asked how come we don't bowl all the time!?
I promised her, now that it's been 5 years since I swore off bowling with four kids for 5 years because Lydia lost a toe nail the last time we went, that now...yes now, we can bowl all the time.
So glad she loved our little Valentines Day shin dig!

Back home for kisses and...kisses:

Cappin' off the night are the faces of four little girls waiting on their Valentines Day gift:
They've been dying for one of these looms...may the covering of my floor with little rubber bands begin....

Yes.
The roses are from Jake.
He might be a long long way away but he's NEVER far....

So funny my jaw dropped when I read you went bowling!! I remember you telling me about the aftermath of the last time you tried! I resisted the loom too but alas grandma had other plans, rule is if they are on the floor I am vacuuming those suckers up!!
